Email template configuration

To access the email settings, navigate to the app dashboard and click on the

“Email Settings” option.

Merchants can send emails-

  • When a customer places a bid
  • when a customer won a bid
  • If the merchant needs to edit email content, simply click “Edit Content,” make the desired changes, click “Done,” and then save the updated content.

Merchants have the capability to send emails for various events, including-

  • when a customer places a new bid,
  • when a customer successfully wins an auction,
  • when a customer loses an auction,
  • when a high bid is placed by someone.

This allows for effective communication and engagement with customers throughout the auction process.
